CYCLO: the Cycling Festival in Maurienne from June 23 to 30

To start the summer season off right, what could be better than a sporting, fun and unifying event around cycling? Maurienne, the largest cycling area in the world, is organizing the first Cycling Festival in the last week of June, with the highlight being the weekend of June 29 and 30.
A week for all lovers of cycling in all its forms (route, mountain bike, electric bike, etc.) and for all levels. It is Saint-Jean de Maurienne, as the world capital of cyclo-climbing and a stage town for the 2019 Tour de France, which will have the honor of hosting this extraordinary event this year, but events will also take place throughout the region between June 23 and 30, 2019.

In the program, numerous, free and varied activities : A “Bicycle and innovation” public fair, un entertainment villagecycle tours, initiations and discovery workshops, shows… And a first in France: The Bike Parade on the carroute A43 on Sunday June 30, subject to validation by State services.

Please note that Italy will be the guest of honour for this first edition, as it has many projects underway with Maurienne (transalpine mountain bike and electric bike routes, etc.).
