If the route is not revised by the organizers, the start will be brought forward by 2 hours compared to the initially planned time, due to weather conditions (more favorable window earlier in the day). The finish is thus planned for around 15 p.m., at an altitude of 2100 m in Thyon 2000. It is on the slopes of the Swiss resort that the general classification should be decided, between Marc Soler (Movistar), who took the lead of the event after the 3rd stage, and the two Ineos riders Geraint Thomas and Richie Porte. The route is 161 km long and has an elevation gain of 4150 m. Live television coverage from 14 p.m. on the L'Equipe channel.
