JOB – Shimano France is recruiting a Technical Promoter for the South-West region

SHIMANO France, a subsidiary of SHIMANO Japan, specializing in the distribution of bicycle spare parts and accessories, is looking for a TECHNICAL PROMOTER M/F South-West Zone, departments: 40, 47, 82, 12, 48, 30, 32, 31, 81, 34, 11, 66, 09, 64, 65.

As a member of the marketing team and in collaboration with the sales and customer service departments, you are responsible for training and monitoring merchandising in the stores in your sector. Your goal is to promote the acquisition of technical skills by our customers as well as to develop a qualitative and sustainable presence of our brands within our distribution network.

Main missions and responsibilities:

– Define in consultation with the sales representatives and the retail coordinator the targets for the different concepts
– Establish a schedule of visits to concept stores in the sector as part of canvassing, implementation and audits, and record your visit reports in our CRM tool
– Organize and provide training to various customers on priority subjects, regionally and in store
– Train eligible retailers on the various digital service platforms and pass on field information to the relevant departments
– Support sales representatives in the promotion, sale and installation of high-tech service products
– Participate in national, regional and local consumer and professional events to promote our strategic brands and products

Required profile :

You have a taste for challenge and want to contribute to the growth of a company in full development. With a strong sense of customer service, autonomous, team-minded and rigorous, your interest in technical subjects, your teaching side and your operational pragmatism will allow you to succeed in this position.

– Commercial/technical training Bac +2
– Store or field experience in the cycle required
– Fluency in written and spoken English
– Perfect mastery of IT tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
