Bytagand the publication "Cycling without limits with the new BH Core Carbon"
The arrival of the BH Core gave rise to the introduction of the concept Unlimited Cycling. Electrically assisted bicycles displaying an unprecedented level of integration into cycling on route (but also gravel), offering weights and sensations of pilotagand which have never been so close to those of classic bikes. Their evolution continues with the arrival of the new 2EXMAG engine, which further assertstagand the strong points of these electrically assisted bicycles.

New BH 2EXMAG engine
The big new feature of the BH Core Carbon range is the presence of the new 2EXMAG motor. This component plays a key role in allowing the cyclist to experience the sensations that these electrically assisted bicycles seek to transmit. Everything starts with a revisited level of visual integration, thanks to a frame whose aesthetics are close to that of a classic bicycle. Weight is one of the other assets of this range and the 2EXMAG motor is 10% lighter than the 2ESMAG, weighing only 2,1 kg on the scale. And all this without any loss of performance: a power of 250 W and a maximum torque of 65 Nm.

The compact structure and the position of the engine, placed at the lowest and most central point of the bike, allow to maintain a low center of gravity and not to harm the flexibility of movements during practice. The presence of new side fins optimizes the dissipation heat to keep performance stable, including in the most demanding usage situations.

Certain aspects of the 2EXMAG engine are essential for the BH Core Carbon to offer sensations more than ever comparable to those felt on any bike of route classic. On the one hand, the use of a new telemetric torque sensor makes it possible to obtain a flexible and progressive level of assistance, unprecedented, capable of reaching 300%, while providing natural pedaling throughout the engine's power range. The assistance capacity, at cadences of up to 110 rpm, enhances the sensations experienced on the route by adding a sporty character to them. The speed sensor is now integrated to obtain more precise information without external interference. Like the previous version, no additional friction is felt when the motor assistance is off, which allows pedaling at speeds above 25 km/h without any constraint. In addition, its compact dimensions allow for a Q-factor particularly moderate, only 163 mm, comparable to that of any other traditional bicycle.

The battery capacity is still 540 Wh and allows you to drive up to 165 km ; optionally, it is always possible adding the additional 180 Wh XPro battery, which is installed manually in the bottle cage and comes bring autonomy up to 220 km.

Bike details and construction route luxury vehicles services
The BH Core Carbon models clearly draw their inspiration from the BH racing bike range, right down to the smallest details.. Their aero look is indeed reminiscent of the RS1 and, like these machines, they are characterized by Kamm Tail aerodynamic lines with a specific seatpost, also aero. The use of the best carbon from BH, combined with the Hollow Core Internal Moulding (HCIM) manufacturing process, allows for very light weights, namely 1 g for the frame and 370 g for the fork.

Range uses also the ACR system for a total internal routing of the cables and obtaining a clean look completed by the presence of the Core screen, integrated into the stem, whose LED lighting allows you to know, at a glance, the selected assistance level and the battery charge level. Note that the change of the assistance level is done by pressing a specific button.

The BH Core Carbon range is available in four configurations of mytage, two of which are oriented route while the other two are dedicated to gravel practice. The The entry price of the range is €5. All The models are eligible for the BH Unique customization program, which allows you to fully configure the aesthetics of the bike.

It seems that the BH2 EXMAG engine can be unbridled while preserving the warranty, is this correct? According to SDR BIKE in Namur. What can be put in the Speedbox? Sportingly.
Hello,
Normally, unbridling an electric bike is prohibited by law. It would therefore be surprising if BH offered to maintain the warranty in this case!
