CeramicSpeed is constantly striving to develop and improve its products. The OSPW Aero system was developed in close collaboration with one of the world's leading aerodynamicists: Simon Smart, founder of Drag2Zero (trained in Formula 1 before turning to cycling in 2007).

The development process is the result of an ongoing dialogue of almost two years with Simon Smart, with tests further investigated in the wind tunnel.
The end result: an entirely new wrapped cage structure and mechanical optimization of the existing design. Meticulous efforts have been made to maintain an aerodynamically optimized cage weight while retaining system rigidity for precise and crisp shifting.
