Cinturato Gravel RC will be presented to the public for the first time at the Eurobike show in Frankfurt. This new Pirelli tyre stands out for its unique tread pattern, characterised by high, penetrating blocks on the sides and lower, denser blocks on the central strip. This pattern was borrowed from a record-breaking racing tyre in Pirelli's MTB range: the Scorpion XC RC, a tyre designed for XC and World Cup Marathon races.
Like the other Cinturato Gravel tires in the range, the new Cinturato Gravel RC is made using SpeedGRIP, a proven performance compound. This time made of 60TPI nylon, the casing is protected by a “belt” that hugs the tire from bead to bead. Called TechWALL Gravel, it adds a layer of reinforcement and protection against cuts, without compromising the tire’s rolling resistance and handling.
Pirelli's new Cinturato Gravel RC tire is already on the market in a traditional black version and in a Classic version with natural rubber-colored sidewalls.
