A pioneer in cycle maintenance, Vélogik has been defending alternative and committed mobility for over 13 years. The women and men who make up the company are passionate and are committed totagand what makes them tick: cycling.
Vélogik has therefore chosen to get involved as close as possible to the field and to become the main partner of an ambitious women's cycling team: Corbas Lyon Métropole. Launched for the 2023 season, it will compete in National 2. The team will participate in the Coupe de France and will be offered a full race calendar. The month of July is dedicated to recruiting the athletes and the staff who will accompany them.
She is aiming for a rapid rise in power and plans to join the National 1 in 2024 and why not the professional level in the long term, with the Women's Tour de France in her sights.
Maintenance and presence of technicians at competitions
Vélogik wishes to invest in the dynamics of the development of women's cycling, ensuring that it welcomes athletes from all backgrounds.

Concretely, Vélogik will ensure the maintenance of the Corbas Lyon Métropole team's cycles during the races. The company's mechanics will travel to each competition to accompany the riders and ensure the proper functioning and safety of their cycle.

That's why we've had a women's section for several years, and we're happy to be able to accelerate the movement with an elite women's team. About Corbas Lyon Métropole
Corbas Lyon Métropole is one of the 20 best amateur cycling clubs in France. The association brings together nearly 200 members of all ages and levels. The club is very involved in high-level performance, but also in its social and local impact. Thus, the club runs a cycling school and trains young cyclists from the age of 7. The club organizes a bicycle loan system for disadvantaged groups who cannot afford one. Disabled sport is also at the heart of the club's project, which notably supports its member Alexandre Lloveras (Paralympic gold medalist in Tokyo) in his preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games.
