The Megamo Kansas will allow you to enjoy long days on your bike, being able to do more kilometers and gain more elevation. The Megamo Kansas has a motor located in the central axis, in this way the weight of the bike is located in the center, thus increasing its stability and maneuverability, offering a much more natural ride. The aesthetics of this bike are very minimalist and refined thanks to its battery fully integrated into the frame and internal wiring

Central motor

Thanks to the integrated torque control, the central motor will provide the right power at the right time. With a power ratio of 200W and a torque of 65Nm, it is one of the most balanced bikes in the segment. A contained weight of less than 2,5 kg of the motor and its low center of gravity, ensure a holding of route very suitable for my itinerariestagne. The helical gear system and the chosen materials will allow you to enjoy a silent route through the tracks and trails. The discretion and integration of the engine allow to obtain a balanced weight. The position of the central engine favors a geometry with short bases for an electric bike. Thanks to the integrated torque control, the central engine will provide the right power at the right time.

An efficiency of over 80% is a remarkable figure when we have exceeded 25 km/h, this gives us a much more natural pedaling when we do not use the assistance. It is also able to withstand temperatures and adverse weather conditions thanks to its side protections. The motor base is protected by a very resistant aluminum casing.

Built-in battery

The battery fully integrated into the bike frame has a capacity of 504Wh. Its large capacity of 504Wh will allow you to enjoy the longest journeys. It is easily removed thanks to a security system with an anti-theft key.

Displays and Signage

Control all the information via the LCD display. Kilometers traveled, current speed, assistance level, available battery. This unit works with the controls on the handlebar, with information from the torque sensor on the bottom bracket and the speed sensor. The 5 assistance levels are the guarantee to adapt the power to your riding style. When you need to push the bike, you also have electric assistance up to 4 km/h to overcome obstacles and ramps.

Design and development

The Kansas frame supports different wheel sizes, ranging from 650bx47,700cx37 to 700cx50. You decide which dimensions best suit your needs and whether you prefer cushioning to speed. Everything is possible thanks to a generous wheel arch, even on muddy terrain. Its character is very versatile, as it allows its users to discover new paths, regardless of their level of experience, everyone can enjoy this bike and all its possibilities.

Adventurer

Designed to accommodate all the "Bikepacking" accessories you can imagine, the Kansas is one of the best options to enjoy a discipline like bikepacking that has now become a way of life for many. Some of the largest producers of travel bags have chosen Megamo for the development of their products.
