Paris-Brest-Paris Youth from August 12-24

The French Cycling Tourism Federation organizes in parallel with the Paris-Brest-Paris, the legendary cycle tour of more than 1200km,  Paris-Brest-Paris Youth.

35 Young people aged 14 to 18 are at the start of a hike of 12 days between Rambouillet and Brest, round trip. Coming from all over France, the young cycle tourists trained for several months in order to complete this adventure which requires physical and mental preparation in order to complete the stages day after day.

A taste of what long-distance cycle touring can offer them in the future and why not one day embark on the Paris-Brest-Paris independently.

The steps of the Paris-Brest-Paris Youth are as follows:

The last two days from Mortagwill not see the route Young people follow the route of the main event, which will cross them. The Paris-Brest-Paris and the young people will take the departmental roads D8, D918b and D20 between Mortagne and Dreux, Then D152b, D101, D80 and the D107 between Dreux and Rambouillet. A beautiful moment conducive to beautiful images and a form of passing the baton.
