Danish outfit Pas Normal Studios and Fizik, the Italian brand known for their innovative and high-performance cycling shoes and saddles, have unveiled their latest collaboration – Mechanism PNS x Fizik – a new cycling shoe on route born exclusively from the partnership.

Designed to perform at the highest level and incorporate the Danish clothing brand's sleek style, the all-new shoe from route Mechanism meets the demands of cyclists on route.
Improve performance
The upper uses a durable polyurethane laminate material combined with a comfortable mesh, resulting in improved power transmission and providing durable foot support where it is needed most. The BOA® Fit System, featuring Dual-Dial Li2, allows for bi-directional and differentiated adjustments for the instep and forefoot areas.
Born to power the pedals
At its core, Fizik’s R2 outsole features a carbon fiber structure that saves weight and provides increased stiffness, with a stiffness index of 10 making it the stiffest outsole in the Fizik range. A large air inlet and internal channels provide airflow, helping to regulate temperature during rides. Cleat positioning is slightly further back than traditional settings to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, particularly suited to the highly aggressive forward aero positions adopted by racers.
