For this year 2024, the Maillot Jaune range unveils three new kits: Combo, Alpe d'Huez and Cime de la Bonette. In keeping with the previous collections, they have as a common denominator to pay tribute to the Giants who made the legend of the Tour de France.
• Alpe d'Huez : the kit is designed and drawn in reference to the 21 hairpin bends that make up the ascent of the Alpe d'Huez, engraved in the annals of the history of the Tour de France. Alpe d'Huez products are intended to be the Proust madeleine of cycling lovers, fans of the crazy years of the La Vie Claire cycling team, or more recently the victories of Pierre Rolland or Thibaut Pinot.
• Peak of the Bonette : standard of the highest peaks of the Tour de France, the Cime de la Bonette rises to an altitude of 2802 meters. The design of these products symbolizes the conquest of legendary peaks. Created for conquering cyclists who aspire to get closer to the sky through the routes the steepest in the history of the Tour.
• Combo : inspired by the combined jersey formerly awarded to riders who excelled in several categories, it is composed of the current colors of the distinctive jerseys of the Tour. Through the design of the collection, we can guess the sample of each jersey, yellow, green, white as well as polka dots. The products of the Combo kit are attached to strong sporting values such as humility and assiduity. We find the markers of each distinction, symbol of combativeness.
Partner and licensees
Since its launch in spring 2022, the Maillot Jaune brand has aimed to partner with the biggest cycling equipment specialists to offer a complete range of products to sports cycling enthusiasts.
Santini, pioneer of this collaboration, paved the way and allowed the range to be enriched with other technical and aesthetic products. Since 2023, Elite has accompanied the range with a sober bottle in the colors of Maillot Jaune; and Lazer, which rhymes safety and style, with a sleek helmet in harmony with the existing collections.
This year, Prologo is joining the "Jersey Yellow" adventure by enriching the kits with a bicycle saddle in the colors of each collection. Scicon, for its part, offers luggage accessories to optimize each outing. This team spirit is also the DNA of the brand, which co-creates to deliver perfectly adapted products.
