The ultimate performance tool
On route or on the trails, the Enduro 3 provides peak performance data such as VO2 Max, training load or heat and altitude acclimatization. In trail mode, the specific VO2 Max adjusts according to the elevation and terrain conditions that can affect the runner's performance. The ultra-distance activity has a rest timer and allows athletes to record their time spent in aid zones.
PacePro lets you plan a pace strategy based on the elevation of the course. Depending on the terrain, you can use slope-adjusted pace technology to achieve a race pace that is equivalent to the same effort as on flat ground.
By following a route transferred to the watch, the ClimbPro function allows you to display real-time information on current and upcoming climbs.
Built for the trails
Equipped with preloaded TopoActive maps from around the world, Enduro 3 helps you stay on the right trail when going off-road. An Outdoor Maps+ subscription provides direct access to even more premium map content, such as satellite imagery and enhanced topographic maps, on the watch. The NextFork map guide allows you to follow tracks, displaying the trail name and distance to the next intersection. During a race, the “On My Route” feature allows you to identify selected points of interest, such as aid stations.

Equipped with 24/7 health monitoring features4, the Enduro 3 can track HRV status, sleep, jet lag, and energy and stress levels, thanks to the Garmin Elevate Gen 5 wrist heart rate sensors and Pulse Ox pulse oximeter.5 integrated.
