Description of Technician Missions
• You excel in the worldtage, the adjustment and maintenance of all categories of bicycles, Route, MTB, City and you have experience with electric bikes.
• You know how to identify the causes of engine, transmission and electronic system malfunctions and determine repair procedures while having a taste for customer relations.
• You are able to train the public in the use of equipment promoting efficient and safe use.
Business advice
• In direct contact with the consumer, you provide unwavering support to customers by providing them with personalized solutions.
• You master the sales techniques and the range of products and services to provide the best possible experience in the purchasing and brand loyalty process.
Required Skills
• Knowledge of Specialized products and VAE.
• Ability to listen, enjoyment of contact and prioritization of customer satisfaction.
• Sense of organization, versatility and teamwork.
Candidate Profile
With a Bac +2 / CQP Cycle Technician qualification and at least 2 years of experience. You are curious and highly motivated to grow professionally alongside the brand.
