The new Movistar Space, located in the Telefónica building on Gran Vía 28 in Madrid, hosted the official presentation of theMovistar team for the 2025 season. At the event, Telefónica announced the renewal of its sponsorship agreement with theMovistar team until 2029, thus ensuring the continuity of the only WorldTour team The presentation also unveiled the team's new kit for 2025, created by Gobik.

The Movistar men's team will start its season on route on Saturday, January 18, during the men's criterion preceding the Tower Down Under, the first event of the UCI WorldTour, in Adelaide, Australia. The women's team will begin its campaign on Saturday 25 January, at the Majorca Challenge.
