The team features some of the best female riders, including Puck Pieterse, who won the 23 U2024 and Elite MTB XCO World Championship titles, former cyclo-cross World and European Champion Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado, current Italian cyclo-cross champion Sara Casasola (who won the title with Alé's partner Crelan-Corendon team), and Yara Kastelijn, the 2019 European Cyclo-cross Champion.

Alé has designed three new jerseys for the team, which will be worn by the athletes in upcoming competitions: the blue jersey, the team’s official kit, whose design reflects the team’s history and the classic ultramarine blue and white colours; the green “Comodoro” jersey, inspired by one of the iconic hues of Fenix’s interior design; and the new red “Namibia” jersey, inspired by the striking colours of this beautiful African region.

« For Alé, women's cycling has always been of paramount importance, said Alessia Piccolo, CEO of APG, the company behind Alé. We were the first to bring an Italian women's team to the World Tour, and today this partnership is an important step in a journey that began a long time ago. We are particularly honored to equip athletes who are making history in cyclo-cross and beyond: their victories are a source of inspiration, and their feedback will be invaluable to us in continuing to provide the cyclists who trust Alé with products of excellence"

Team principal Philip Roodhooft said: “ We are proud to welcome a company like Alé, which has years of knowledge, experience and certainly passion. We got to know each other through the collaboration on the Ryan Kamp cyclocross project, and it quickly became clear that there was a solid foundation to grow the partnership. Our main partner Fenix is known as “a brand of colors”, and in Alé we have found a partner that helps us bring this vision to the peloton, as demonstrated by the three jerseys for 2025. In addition, Alé guarantees high quality and innovative clothing, a must in modern cycling."
