Developed in collaboration with Swiss Side and the Decathlon-AG2R La Mondiale team, the RCR-F incorporates advances in aerodynamics, aimed at optimizing cycling performance on route. The prototype was testThe bike will be tested by the team in May 2024, before a final version is presented at the Tour de France that same year. In 2025, the bike has already recorded three sprint victories with Sam Bennett and Dorian Godon.

For cyclists and triathletes

The RCR-F frame benefits from the latest UCI regulations, with a 7% stiffer head tube than the RCR Pro and a reinforced bottom bracket, ensuring optimal power transfer. Weighing 7,5 kg in Dura-Ace version, it offers an aerodynamic gain of 13 watts compared to the RCR. Designed for various route profiles – classics without elevation gain, flat or hilly stages with sprints, or average mountaintagwith gradients up to 5% – it is also suitable for beginner triathletes thanks to an optional aerobar kit for the cockpit.

Optimized for speed on the flat

The cockpit, developed with Deda, features a 12° flare to combine comfort and aerodynamics, while the ergonomic lower handlebar improves grip, especially when sprinting.

The frame, in Super High Modulus carbon, was refined after the tests of six concepts, offering lightness and responsiveness. Optimized for flat courses with less than 1 m of elevation gain over 500 km, the RCR-F excels at speeds above 100 km/h, unlike the RCR, which is more suited to climbs.

Jérémie Debeuf, Product Manager at Van Rysel, explains: “ The RCR-F is a race bike designed for speed, with a frame and components identical to those of the WorldTour. »
