REBOUND 2025: the world gravel event will take place on May 31

REBOUND 2025: Shimano and Live Slow Ride Fast relaunch the global gravel event

REBOUND, organized by Shimano and Live Slow Ride Fast (LSRF), returns on May 31, 2025, following the 2023 and 2024 editions. This initiative aims to mobilize more than 400 cyclists around the world to collectively travel 000 million kilometers.

Participants are invited to design their own 24, 40, 80, 160, or 320 km route, starting from their hometown. The goal is to celebrate the international gravel community, riding starting at 6 a.m. local time, alongside the UNBOUND Gravel event in Kansas.

No registration fees or time limits are required., but the organizers encourage the partagand social media experiments with hashestags #REBOUND2025 and #UnitedInGravel.

Initiated by former professional rider Laurens ten Dam and the team LSRF In the Netherlands, REBOUND promotes an inclusive experience, bringing cyclists together in the spirit of gravel, without borders.

REBOUND 2024 Review

In 2024, 361 cyclists participated, covering 110 km in 6 hours.The United States led with 42 participants, followed by the United Kingdom (353) and Brazil (33). Germany (632), France (32), Spain (410), Italy (29), the Netherlands (519), Canada (26) and Belgium (105) also contributed significantly.

Partnership with Strava

By 2025, 123 cyclists have already signed up for the REBOUND Strava Challenge, which allows you to record rides, win prizes and connect through experiences.tagStrava's route-building tool, based on anonymized user data, offers personalized routes, incorporating path suggestions, points of interest, and interactive planning options, such as 3D maps.
