Job Description SALESPERSON / SENIOR CYCLE TECHNICIAN

To strengthen the team at the Aubagne store, Specialized is recruiting a versatile, experienced Salesperson/Cycle Technician. Is customer service your strong point? Description of Missions

Salesperson
• In direct contact with the consumer, you provide unwavering support to customers by providing them with personalized solutions.
• You master the sales techniques and the range of products and services to provide the best possible experience in the purchasing and brand loyalty process.

Technician
• You excel in the worldtage, the adjustment and maintenance of all categories of bicycles, Route, MTB, City and you have experience with electric bikes.
• You know how to identify the causes of engine, transmission and electronic system malfunctions and determine repair procedures while having a taste for customer relations.

Required Skills
• Expertise in cycle mechanics, listening skills, taste for contact and prioritization of customer satisfaction.
• Sense of organization, meticulous work, versatility and teamwork.
• Knowledge of Specialized products and e-bikes in particular is required. Experience in a specialized point of sale is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Bac +2 qualification – CQP Technician and with at least 4 years of experience in a specialist store.
You are dynamic and highly motivated to grow professionally alongside the brand.
