The flat, seamless straps are very comfortable.

The shorts are equipped with a padded insert with special perforation of the foam for increased breathabilityThe central shape of the chamois ensures comfort over long distances, reducing pressure points on the saddle. The Intense10 pad has a thickness of 10 mm, as its name suggests, and a density of 120 kg/m3. According to the brand, it's designed for rides lasting more than eight hours. Enough to see you through.

The chamois leather has specific, breathable padding, particularly suitable for long outings.

Made with compressive and breathable fabrics, as well as raw edges at the bottom of the leg, it perfectly fits the cyclist's body shape. The cut is designed to adapt to the body's movements in the pedaling position, with strategically placed panels for graduated compression. Micro-perforations at the back of the shorts, combined with ultra-light straps, help you stay fresher for longer.

The raw edges ensure a good fit, but without being too tight on the leg.

On route with the Alé Sprinter bib shorts

Contrary to what its name might suggest, the Sprinter bib shorts are designed for long, but still fairly "committed" outings. The materials used provide fairly significant compression and therefore very good muscle support.. They are also pleasant, thin and breathable.

The shorts are quite long on the leg.

Although quite thick, the insert is not too intrusive between the legs and does not feel like you are wearing a diaperIt is mainly positioned to provide protection rather at the front, which promotes comfort with an aerodynamic posture, quite low on the pilot's position.tage.

The silicone grip zones at the bottom of the legs can make the shorts a little difficult to put on, especially since the fabric is quite thin and seems a little fragile. It is therefore better to dress carefully. But once worn, the shorts are very comfortable and behave like a second skin. The support is never restrictive, even if I find the legs a little long.

The materials and finish of the Sprinter bib shorts are very well made.

The Sprinter bib shorts are ideal for cyclists who prioritize comfort and performanceIts careful design guarantees freedom of movement and optimal protection. As the miles go by, you literally forget you're wearing it, and that's the primary quality you expect from such a product.

The Sprinter jersey: lightness and performance

When designing the Sprinter jersey, Alé chose perfectly breathable fabricsThe ergonomic cut ensures a second-skin fit. But it's important to note that wearing the jersey is never restrictive and you never feel like you're being squeezed in. The sleeves are cut raw, with patterns to promote aerodynamics. Like the legs of the bib shorts, they are quite long.

The Sprinter jersey is light to wear.

The jersey features a quick-drying fabric that quickly wicks away sweatA mesh fabric is used under the armpits for additional cooling and the back of the jersey benefits from a fabric with woven carbon fibers which offers anti-static and anti-bacterial properties.

The low collar promotes aerodynamics.

The hem at the back of the jersey has a silicone-lined elastic to ensure an optimal position, both on and off the bike. The Sprinter is completed with three back pockets and a discreetly zipped pocket. The reflective details, strategically placed, for better visibility on the route, are a major asset.

In addition to the three usual pockets, the jersey offers an additional pocket with a zipper closure.

Its modern cut with its low collar is perfect for hot summer and late spring days., but it is not ideal for wearing undergarments, which can easily show at the neck.

Like the shorts, the sleeves are quite long.

A very high-end outfit

The Alé Sprinter outfit is a very high-end outfit, elegant and well-finished, and which has many features to ensure comfort and performance on long intense outings in the middle of summer.. Cut, materials, and ventilation make this a very suitable set for long summer outings. As for the quality of the bib shorts insert, there is no doubt about it after several long rides.

This Alé outfit is however rather expensive, with a pair of shorts for €209 et a jersey for €154. In addition to the high price, we regret that the bib shorts are only available in one color (black) and the jersey in three colors. We think a neutral color version is missing.
