The new Heart Rate Zone (HR Zone) widget makes it even simplertagand intensity tracking. Thanks to an intuitive visualization, athletes instantly identify their effort zone (from Z1 to Z5), avoiding watch-related distractions and optimizing their mental and physical performance. Availability
The widget is compatible with Garmin watches (and soon with Apple Watch). No complex settings are required: heart rate data is automatically synchronized and displayed on the glasses when the session starts.
