A 4500 km challenge for young hospitalized heroes

Nicolas Bodin, 48, a school teacher and ultra-cycling enthusiast, is embarking on a 4 km challenge this summer to support the association L'École à l'Hôpital. This journey includes the London-Edinburgh-London, the Flemish Challenge, the 500 Hours of Le Mans Cycling Race, and the Paris-Luxembourg route, all completed on an eco-friendly wooden gravel bike from Cycles Vène.

After a career in marketing, Nicolas chose teaching to give meaning to his work. A seasoned cyclist, he has already conquered the Transcontinental Race, Paris-Brest-Paris, and the 5 Monuments of Cycling. Committed to climate change, he is also a volunteer facilitator for La Fresque du Climat.

His challenge aims to raise funds for L'École à l'Hôpital, which educates young patients in the Île-de-France region. Each donation, offering an advantagetagThe tax credit will fund educational materials and volunteer training. Nicolas is also seeking partners to maximize donations, while inspiring young and old alike with his altruistic commitment.

Through these trials, where he pedals day and night with minimal sleep, Nicolas shines a light on hope for hospitalized children, the true everyday heroes.
