La Transju'Cyclo 2025: Zian Mouchet and Morgane Coston win a memorable 4th edition

This Sunday, September 7, 2025, the 4th edition of La Transju'Cyclo set the routes of the Jura and Doubs, with a start at 8:30 a.m. from Champagnole. With 2 participants, a 100% increase compared to 50, the event confirmed its status as an unmissable event for cycling enthusiasts. Under a brilliant sun, the riders set off on three courses – 2024, 70 and 110 km – combining sporting challenge and conviviality in the heart of the Jura landscapes.

Zian Mouchet and Morgane Coston, big winners

In the 160 km main event (2 m of elevation gain), Frenchman Zian Mouchet (AC Bisontine) claimed a second victory at La Transju'Cyclo, after his success in the first edition. He won the sprint in 000h4'09, ahead of his compatriots Simon Buttner and Maxence Janodet. This victory was harder than the first. Jules Vanotti and I attempted a two-man 30km raid, but the finale was intense. I negotiated the last roundabout well, and it paid off! " said Mouchet upon arrival.

In the women's race, Morgane Coston (Team Arkéa) dominated the race in 4h11'25. The course was magnificent, even if I pushed myself a little too hard at the end. The Jura is superb! " she confided, delighted with her first participation.

Remarkable performance on all courses

In the 110 km, Aurélien Lionnet claimed his second consecutive victory in 2h52'04, while Emeline Eustache won the women's race in 3h09'25. Noteworthy was the fine performance of the legend Jeannie Longo, who finished 3rd in this distance.

In the 70 km, Gael Invernizzi retained his title in 1h51'24, and Laurie-Anne Serrette won the women's race in 2h03'52.

An edition marked by enthusiasm

With 21 nationalities represented and 25% female participants, a record for a cyclosportive, this edition attracted people with its diversity and festive atmosphere. We exceeded our goal of 2 registrations with 000 participants. The Transju'Cyclo is firmly established in the runners' calendar. ", rejoiced Pierre-Albert Vandel, president of Trans'Organisation. He also praised the involvement of the ambassadors, the welcome from Champagnole and the support of local authorities.

Jérôme Coppel, 114th in the 110 km, hastagand his enthusiasm: " Sunshine, a beautiful course, and an incredible atmosphere: everything came together for a perfect day. Being an ambassador for the event is a real source of pride. »

Marine Strappazzon, 2nd in the 70 km, highlighted the increase in female participation: “ 25% women is huge and promising for the future! »

Stéphane Bouthiaux (43rd in the 110 km) and Antoine Gérard, race director, also praised the ideal conditions and the beauty of the routeJura mountains.
