ROTOR Bike Components unveils its new wireless electronic groupset, the ROTOR UNO, dedicated to gravel and mountain bikes, at Sea Otter Europe in Girona. This launch marks a major milestone for the Spanish company, reconknown for its innovations such as Q Rings oval chainrings, power meters and carbon cranks.
Advanced technology for optimal performance
The ROTOR UNO stands out for its wireless digital electronic technology, offering precision, speed and lightness. Designed to meet the demands of modern cycling, this modular groupset adapts to cassettes from 10 to 13 speeds, guaranteeing unparalleled versatility. The components, interchangeable around a basic group, allow evolution according to the needs and budgets of cyclists, from mid-range to high-end.
ROTOR UNO Gravel: simplicity and performance
The gravel group relies on the same rear derailleur as the mountain bike version, but with a specific aluminum cage (75 mm) for better durability and reduced friction. Designed for 1X configurations (without front derailleur), it supports cassettes up to 11-46 teeth, simplifying and lightening the assembly.

- Carbon levers: silicone coating for ergonomics suitable for wet conditions, with titanium collar to limit corrosion.
- Hydraulic braking: horizontal master cylinder, adjustable stroke (26 mm), compatible with 160 mm discs (Center-Lock or 6 holes) and flat-mount calipers (adaptable post-mount).
- Competitive weight: Combined with the ROTOR 12-speed cassette (11-46, 294 g), the groupset outperforms its competitors.
ROTOR UNO MTB: lightness and connectivity
The MTB groupset consists of a rear derailleur and a handlebar control, for a total weight of 453 g (battery included). Equipped with Bluetooth® and ANT+™ connectivity, the derailleur is configurable for 10- to 13-speed cassettes, adapting to all mountain biking disciplines. Its aluminum and reinforced nylon body, combined with an optimized parallelogram, offers an excellent weight/rigidity ratio.
- Battery: 600 mAh, up to 15,000 gear changes.
- Passing speed: 150 ms per speed.
- Cage: aluminum, 93 mm, compatible with cassettes up to 52 teeth.
- Control: ergonomic shifter, lightweight, IP67 certified (waterproof), powered by a CR2032 battery.
ROTOR leaves the choice of discs and calipers to the user, favoring customization according to preferences and disciplines.

Modularity and customization
ROTOR is committed to a sustainable approach, far from planned obsolescence. The UNO group is compatible with cassettes from different brands and aluminum or carbon cranksets, with or without INspider power sensor. The combination premium liquors includes Aldhu carbon crankset, 12-speed 11-52 cassette (314g) and INspider sensor.
ROTOR UNO mobile application
Available on iOS and Android, the app lets you configure the groupset, adjust cassettes, monitor battery life, and customize options. Over-the-air (OTA) software updates ensure your system is always up to date. A future version will integrate metrics from the ROTOR Power app.
A new era for ROTOR
With the ROTOR UNO, the Madrid-based company strengthens its position in professional and amateur cycling, offering a technological and flexible alternative for gravel and mountain biking. ROTOR also announces the upcoming presentation of its groupset route, confirming its ambition to innovate.
This launch is part of a dynamic reinforced by the arrival of Lanxi Wheeltop Cycle Industries LTD in the capital of ROTOR, optimizing production between Asia and Spain for increased competitiveness.
