Behind the recent Wheel Mastery structure is a former pillar and co-founder of Asterion, whose notoriety as a montagThe custom-made wheel business had largely expanded beyond the Lyon region. Going back a few months, the transition between the two entities was relatively smooth. Benoit Stupici, who was at the heart of Asterion's technical side as the wheel fitter, founded Wheel Mastery, with the same high standards and quality.

A quick look back: Benoit Stupici worked at Asterion Wheels for 15 years, while also serving as co-manager and technical director of the AIVEE hub brand for 10 years. Unfortunately, Asterion ran into some difficulties, which led to its closure a few months ago. However, the technical skills obviously remained intact, which allowed Benoit Stupici to bounce back and thus create Wheel Mastery.
Today, he manages the technical side, consulting, and manufacturing of the wheels that come out of his workshop. With 23 years of experience and more than 21,000 wheels assembled, he is the one who hand-assembles high-end wheels that are completely tailored to the future user.
And the phrase "fully adapted wheels" is not overused. Indeed, Benoit Stupici first exchanges during a first in-depth exchange (followed by others if necessary) around the needs and the project of the future user. He answers legitimate questions but asks to allow at least 30 minutes for this first exchange. At the end of these discussions, a technical proposal based on components chosen with the future user is made as well as an offer.

The monstagThese products are therefore assembled by hand with the precision of a goldsmith to serve the custom-made, where others rely mainly on marketing. All customizations are possible: ligatures, carbon or textile spokes (BERD or Ti-Rope, etc.), personalized decoration, etc.

Only when everything is "OK" for both parties is an availability date given. When the wheels are ready (usually a few days after order validation if the parts were in stock), shipping is organized or a direct hand-over is also possible, which allows us to check on site what measures have been taken to obtain the best possible wheels.
