Vélo Vert Festival 2026: Gravel makes a huge comeback to Les Arcs!

Just a few weeks before the official opening of registration (January 2026), the Vélo Vert Festival unveils two major new features that are sure to generate buzz: the completely insane FULL GRAVITY event and, above all, the grand return of Gravel riding, more beautiful and wilder than ever. And this year, Gravel is clearly stealing the show.

Gravel riding is making a comeback (and what a playground it is!). After a few years' absence, gravel riding returns in full force to the Vélo Vert Festival 2026… and it's coming back in top form.

Imagine: starting from Arc 1600, zero assistance, two distances to choose from (50 km or 120 km) and an absolutely crazy playground in Haute-Tarentaise.

The two routes will include:

  • The Rosuel valley, gateway to the Vanoise National Park
  • The Cormet d'Arêches pass in the heart of the Beaufortain
  • The sublime lake of Saint-Guérin
  • And of course, the unmissable Cormet de Roselend, that legendary mountain pass that makes all cyclists dream.

RouteWinding roads, rolling 4x4 tracks, gravel singletracks: everything is there for a day of 100% adventure, 100% fun, with breathtaking views at every turn.

Whether you come to challenge the clock on the Gravel 50 or experience the epic Gravel 120, one thing is for sure: you will be blown away (and your legs will be too).

Bonus: FULL GRAVITY, the craziest descent ever offered

For those who prefer gravity as their driving force, the festival brings out the big guns with FULL GRAVITY: 10 km of non-stop descent, 1,335 m of vertical drop, a mix of the legendary Rock N'Arolles and La 8 runs, reconBirths + timed run + super final full throttle on Sunday, June 14th. Enduro, DH or E-Bike, anything goes to give it your all.

Save the date !

12th - 14th June 2026
Les Arcs – Bourg Saint Maurice

Registration opens in January 2026.

With the triumphant return of Gravel, the arrival of FULL GRAVITY and the rest of the program coming very soon, the 2026 edition of Green Bike Festival is already shaping up to be a historic vintage.
