Description of Missions
Workshop Technician / After-Sales Service
• As a workshop technician, you are the guarantor of the SPECIALIZED France workshop. You ensure the availability and maintenance of the bikes for which you are responsible.
• You participate in processing questions and calls from resellers, to provide advice and solutions.
• You coordinate the routing of various incoming and outgoing parcel flows. Marketing/Events Department
• You participate in the preparation of major events in the Marketing calendar by ensuring logistics with the support of the relevant representatives.
• You provide support for events in the Marketing France calendar.
Required Skills
• Advanced knowledge of cycle mechanics, Specialized products and VAE.
• Ability to listen, be independent and have a collaborative spirit.
• Skills in analysis, organization and provision of solutions to establish and respect Quality processes.
Candidate Profile
You are rigorous, proactive and have interpersonal skills. Experience within the Specialized dealer network is a plus. Computer skills and valid driving license.
