Strava launches Instant Workouts: personalized workout recommendations directly in your news feed

StravaThe app favored by athletes with over 180 million users worldwide, is today rolling out its new Instant Workouts feature globally to all Premium subscribers. Available at the top of your news feed as an interactive carousel, Instant Workouts analyzes your recent activity history to offer personalized workout suggestions. The goal? To help you stay consistent, progress, or ease back into exercise, without having to plan your next workout yourself.

More than 40 sports disciplines are supported, from running and cycling to weight training, swimming, and many others. During the phase of test Launched in November with a panel of users, running and weight training stood out as the most popular recommendations, with 85% positive feedback overall.
